25 Years of the Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Vision.

I partnered with Y2Y to summarize their organization’s efforts and impact using infographics. This work paired with a peer-reviewed publication in Conservation Science and Practice reviewing Y2Y’s progress and showing that their large-landscape vision contributes to conservation gains.

“Sarah has a remarkable talent for capturing both the scientific rigor and emotional resonance of conservation and environmental work. Making data compelling is no small feat, but her stylish iconography and layered graphics do exactly that — pairing statistics with visuals that are as beautiful as the natural world they represent. Her work integrates seamlessly with my organization's broader design approach and consistently elevates our brand. We appreciate her expertise!”

— Kelly Zenkewich, Senior Communications and Digital Engagement Manager, Yellowstone to Yukon Conservation Initiative

Optimized for social and print.

I translated the content of the infographic into a series of panels for Instagram and a printable PDF spread to embed in Y2Y’s Annual Report. I worked with the designer hired to design the Annual Report to make sure that the formatting and exports would work well in her process.

I love figuring out how to get the most out of a project. Reusing assets in different dimensions and formats helps ensure that the client’s investment doesn’t result in a “one trick pony” product that can only ever be used once in one specific context.
