Equity, Diversity and Inclusion in Forestry.
I worked with the Canadian Forest Service (Northern Forestry Centre) to create a series of infographics promoting inclusive behaviours in the workplace. We focused on highlighting actions individual employees can take to foster an inclusive environment, tailoring the visuals and examples to the forestry sector.
The infographics were promoted on posters and in Intranet posts, contributing to a sustained awareness campaign at the Northern Forestry Centre and supporting the broader goals of their Wellness and Diversity Committee to promote a healthy and inclusive work environment.
