Bringing Nature Home.

High On Nature is a nature documentary project based in Alberta, Canada that focuses on capturing and sharing long-form, continuous video footage of backcountry hiking experiences. By capturing these experiences and sharing them in publicly accessible ways (e.g., YouTube), it is our team's hope to increase the general public’s access to nature.

My primary role on the High on Nature team is to act as a project manager. I write grant applications, manage team tasks, and in the future I will manage our social media feeds and write educational captioning for our videos. I also serve a secondary role as a film editor, which involves organizing and sequencing footage, mixing audio, and creating video concepts. I created the highlight reel displayed above.

More to come soon - this project is in progress!
